The core curriculum consists of the Matrix Model program developed by Hazelden. Topics include everything from early recovery problems and relapse prevention to medication-assisted treatment services and scheduling.

With a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size, treatment is affordable for anyone. Groups are held on:

• Mondays
• 10:00 am to 11:30 am
• 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
• Tuesdays
• 10:00 am to 11:30 am
• 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
• Thursdays
• 10:00 am to 11:30 am
• 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
