Cedar House Expansion Project
At Cedar House, we envision a full continuum of care and outreach activities to achieve healing for individuals, families and communities. We aim to build on our existing initiatives to address the increasing state-wide need for addiction treatment with a comprehensive approach to services, and our vision speaks directly to this critical need. Plans to expand Cedar House’s services are underway, driving the need to leverage funding opportunities to support capital expenses. Learn more about our expansion plan here and contact
Melissa Hughes to get involved.

Thanks to the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors, the Department of Behavioral Health and an abundance of community support, Cedar House received funding from the State of California Department of Health Care Services' Bond BHCIP Round 1 program for phase one of our expansion project. This will include a new, 2 Story, 32,000 sq.ft., 70-bed Residential Treatment Center. Join us in celebrating this remarkable milestone's groundbreaking on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 9am-11am at Cedar House's main campus (18612 Santa Ana Ave., Bloomington, CA).
We are currently seeking an Owner's Representative to assist Cedar House by providing construction oversight, detailed documentation, and funding coordination services throughout the design, construction, and project closeout. This role is advisory and collaborative, focusing on adherence to the schedule, quality, compliance, and reporting.
