Meet the Staff
Rodger Talbott was an advocate for Cedar House and rehabilitation even before he took the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Rodger has an MBA from University of Arizona and a PhD from University of California, Los Angeles. Rodger maintains an open door philosophy with staff and clients and speaks with the clients nearly every week in order to create the best treatment center dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges of chemical dependency.

Gary Miner, BA
Program Director
Gary Miner entered Cedar House in 1996 as a client. After a hitting his own "rock bottom" he found himself again at Cedar House. After being employed at Cedar House, Gary moved up the ranks from intake staff to the Program Director. He attained a BA from Cal Baptist University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.
